Online Paper Submission

Paper Format

• Paper Size: US Letter format (8.5" x 11").
• Paper Length: Nominal number of pages is 8, including figures, tables, references. At maximum, two additional pages are permitted with overlength page charge.
• Paper Formatting: double column, single spaced, 10pt font.
• Margins: Left, Right, and Bottom: 0.75" (19mm). The top margin must be 0.75" (19 mm), except for the title page where it must be 1" (25 mm).
• No page numbers please.
• Note: Violations of any of the above specifications may result in rejection of your paper.

Final Paper Submission Instructions

1. Revision of Manuscript

• The authors must revise the paper in accordance with the reviewers' requests.
• Delete the footnote XXX-X-XXXX-XXXX-X/XX/$XX.00 20XX IEEE on the first page.
• Delete the 1st, 2nd … before the names of authors.
• Cut and paste the funding information from the footnote to the Acknowledgment Section.
• Proofread the paper and replace the Chinese symbols such as "）", into English symbols ")".

2. Submission of Manuscript

Notice: Only the PDF file generated by the PDF eXpress checking is allowed to be submitted to the OpenReview system as the final manuscript for publication.

PDF eXpress Checking

All accepted papers must pass PDF express checking. The procedure is as follows:

• Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
• First-time users should select the link: "Create account".
• Enter the following: (1) Conference ID: 65131X; (2) your email address; (3) password.
• Continue to enter information as prompted.
• Click the ‘Dashboard’ on the left menu.
• Click the 'CREATE NEW TITLE'.

• Paste the title, upload the PDF file, and convert the PDF.
• The conversion may take ten minutes. Logout and login again if you wait too long.
• If there is any error, try to fix them or retry until succeed.
• If succeed, click the tick symbol in the Action cell to approve the PDF.

• Finally, download the converted PDF file and submit it to OpenReview via Online Paper Submission

Your final paper submission can be done using the "Update file" option in OpenReview. You may also update your paper title, and abstract using the "Update information" option.

3. Copyright Transfer

For all the papers indexed by IEEE Xplore (EI), the authors should transfer the paper copyright to IEEE.

IEEE AIC 2026 eCopyright Form Submission

The copyright report includes: Paper ID (the ID No. in OpenReview), Author Name, Author Email, and Copyright Status. Please ensure all authors of accepted papers complete copyright transfer. Note: One author in a paper can designate a representative to sign the IEEE Copyright form, but the names of all authors should be added in the IEEE Copyright form.
If your conference is not 100% compliant with regard to copyright transfer, we will be unable to publish your conference proceedings in the IEEE Xplore digital library.
